In that email please include: 1. Name of Band, number of members, mailing address, website, contact and phone number. 2. Have you played Maybash before? If so, how many times? 3. If you have not played Maybash before, how many times have you applied? 4. Are you able and willing to help (within reason) Maybash grounds or other preparation before the show or help during or after if asked? 5. Are you able to play either Friday or Saturday? Submissions will run thru March 1st. If selected you will get an email back with further details on how this year’s Maybash will roll and what to expect.
